    small living, big experiences

A mobile tiny house on wheels, which we call "Hutka," is a small, thoughtfully designed accommodation in the garden of the former Johanka settlement at the foot of the Rychleby Mountains. Sensitively designed by architects so you can be in harmony with the landscape while enjoying exceptional comfort. Manufacturer: mobilehut.eu, was even nominated for the Czech Architecture Award. Mobile Hut — our "Hutka". It has many siblings and has been featured in many places. When you open the door, the horizon, nature and mountains are within reach. When you close them, there's warmth, peace and thoughtful details that nothing can outshine.

Morning light wakes you through the panoramic windows. You grind fresh coffee, open the door and have breakfast with a mountain view. The Hutka is small but has everything — a sleeping loft, kitchenette, shower, wood stove. And outside: a sauna, hot tub and fire pit. You don't need anything more.

What does the Hutka look like inside?

The Hutka is 18 m², but every detail is carefully considered. A sleeping loft under a skylight, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and incinerating toilet, wood stove and coffee corner with freshly roasted coffee.

Frequently asked questions about the Hutka

The incinerating toilet burns everything to ash — thanks to the extraction system, there's no odor. Before each use, you insert a disposable paper filter. After finishing, press the button and the toilet incinerates the contents in about one hour. It handles 2–3 uses per cycle.

In summer up to 900 liters, in winter 600 liters. For couples, about 150–200 liters last a weekend stay. For reference: a quick shower is about 30 liters per person. Plus we have a well connected to the outdoor shower — so water supply is virtually unlimited.

You have two options: gas-powered air heating with a digital panel where you set your desired temperature, or a classic wood stove for atmosphere. For nighttime, we recommend the gas heating — it maintains a constant temperature all night. Ideal sleeping temperature is 16–18 °C.

Electricity is generated by solar panels on the roof and stored in batteries. Average consumption is 35% of capacity per 24 hours. We hand over the Hutka with fully charged batteries — with normal use, the energy lasts a weekend even in cloudy weather.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Before arrival, you'll receive an email with a code for the key safe. No reception, no waiting — you arrive and you're home. We'll send detailed directions and on-site orientation the day before.
